For transfer rumours you'll want to head to the International Rumour Mill forum.
Please make sure to read and understand the rules before posting anything on the forum.
To create a new rumour you use the "Create rumour" button. You'll then be asked to enter the player and the club they're linked to as well as a valid and widely accepted source.
